Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou tématu biodiverzity jako součásti environmentální výchovy a jejího zapojení do tvorby výukových programů speciálně vytvořených pro realizaci v prostorách Zoologické zahrady Brno. Pro praktickou část diplomové práce byly vytvořeny výukové materiály, které navazují na vzdělávací působení instituce Zoo Brno, jako součást kampaně Biodiverzita - to jsme My, pořádané mezinárodní asociací WAZA. Obsah a výsledky diplomové práce budou sloužit jako metodický materiál pro výuku žáků ZŠ využitelný pro Zoo Brno a také jako příležitost porovnání dvou rozdílných metodických postupů na stejném výukovém tématu a jejich následné zhodnocení. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na základní pojmy v oblasti biodiverzity, jejího ohrožení a nutností ochrany, dále pak na pojetí institucí zabývající se ochranou, chovem a osvětou veřejnosti a zakončena je pojetím environmentální výchovy a vzděláváním v této oblasti. Praktická část se zabývá konkrétní tvorbou dvou výukových programů za využití rozdílné metodiky, jejich realizací v praxi a následném porovnání výsledných hodnot s použitím základních metod statistické analýzy.

Abstract:

This dissertation thesis focuses on biodiversity as a part of the environmental education and its inclusion into the educational programs created specifically for implementation at the Brno Zoo grounds. Specific learning materials have been created for the practical part of the thesis. These materials coincide with the learning institutions of Brno Zoo as a part of the „Biodiversity is Us” campaign held by the international association WAZA. The content and results of the dissertation thesis shall serve as a methodic material for the education of students of primary schools usable for the Brno Zoo as well as an opportunity to compare two differing scientific approaches to the same curricular topic and their subsequent evaluation. The theoretical part focuses on the basic terms of the biodiversity field as well as its endangerment and protection. It also focuses on approach of the environmental studies and further education in this field. The practical part of the thesis focuses on a specific work of two educational programs utilizing different methods their application into practice and subsequent comparison of the results by using elementary methods of statistical analysis.
