Training of cognitive function disorder in persons with late phase of rehabilitation after severe brain damage

Abstract:

ABSTRAKT Úvod Tato práce je zaměřena na intenzivní kognitivní rehabilitaci a její vliv na zlepšení schopností a dovedností pacienta po dvou cévních mozkových příhodách (CMP). Cíl práce Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je seznámení se s danou problematikou, zpracování ergoterapeutických přístupů a ovlivnění kognitivních funkcí u pacienta po CMP. Metodika V teoretické části jsou zpracovány informace o kognitivních funkcích a cílené ergoterapie u CMP. V praktické části jsou tyto znalosti použity při ergoterapeutické intervenci, a výzkum je zaznamenaný pomocí kazuistického šetření. Na základě anamnézy, vyšetření a testování je navrhnutý krátkodobý a dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán pro pacienta s CMP. Výsledky Porovnání výsledků vstupních a výstupních ergoterapeutických vyšetření z roku 2017 a 2021, a jejich zhodnocení v oblasti kognitivních funkcí. Diskuse Pohled na kognitivní funkce, zejména pozornost, paměť a jejich význam v životě. Nácvik kognitivních funkcí z hlediska individuálních potřeb pacienta. Závěr Zhodnocení práce s pacientem a přínos tréninku kognitivních funkcí pro jeho praktický život z hlediska soběstačnosti.

Abstract:

SUMMARY This thesis si focused on intensive cognitive rehabilitation and its effect on improving the abilities and skills of the patient after two hemorrhagic strokes. The aim of the work The main goal of my bachelor's thesis is to get acquainted with the given issue and the elaboration of occupational therapy approaches to influence cognitive functions in the patient after stroke. Methodology The theoretical part deals with information about cognitive functions and targeted occupational therapy for stroke. In the practical part, this knowledge is used in occupational therapy intervention and research is recorded using a case study. Based on the anamnesis, examinations and testing, a short-term and long-term occupational therapy plan for a patient after stroke si proposed. Results Comparing the results of entry and exit occupational therapy examinations in 2017 and 2021 and evaluate the results in the field of cognitive functions. Discussion A view at cognitive functions, especially attention, memory and their importance in life. Training of cognitive functions in terms of individual needs of the patient. Conclusion Evaluation of work with the patient and contribution to of cognitive function training for his practical life in terms of self-sufficiency further occupational therapy practice.
