Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením systému příjmu hovorů směrovaných na tísňovou linku Policie České republiky, provádí charakteristiku organizační struktury tohoto subjektu, prezentuje historii a rozvoje systému přijmu tísňového volání.
