Tato práce se zabývá kontrolními mechanismy ve vztahu k pobytu cizinců pobývajících na území České republiky v režimu zákona o pobytu cizinců. Počáteční kapitoly probírají pobytové statuty jednotlivých typů cizinců a povinnosti vyplývající z jednotlivých pobytových režimů. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the control mechanisms in relation to the stay of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic under the mode of Czech Foreigner Act. Initial chapters go through stay/residence statuses of different types of foreigners and their legal duties.
