Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fúzí podniků. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis druhů fúzí, historií, motivy, průběh fúze, spojování podniků v České republice. Praktická část je zaměřena na fúzi konkrétních podniků. K jakým změnám došlo v průběhu a vyhodnocení fúze.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the business merger. The theoretical part is focused on the description of the types of mergers, history, motives, progess of business merger, connection of enterprises. The practical part shows specific business merger. What changes occurred in progress and evaluation of merger.
