Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě analýzy vývoje trhu nemovitostí a možností financování bydlení zhodnotit a doporučit vhodnou varian-tu financování bydlení pro modelové klienty. První kapitola představuje možnosti financování bydlení. Druhá kapitola analyzuje vývoj trhu ne-movitostí se zaměřením na ceny nemovitostí a na úrokové sazby úvěrů na bydlení.
