Weaning at patients with endotracheal tube
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodou weaningu pacientů s endotracheální kanylou v intenzivní péči. Teoretická část popisuje možnosti zajištění dýchacích cest, základy umělé plicní ventilace, specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty na umělé plicní ventilaci, problematiku weaningu s následnou dechovou RHB či NIV. Praktická část zkoumá postup weaningu pomocí pozorování a analýzu výsledků.
Abstract:
This bachelor deals with method weaning of patients with endotracheal tube in intensive medicine. The teoretical part of the thesis describes posibility of providing airways, basics of mechanical ventilation, specifics od nursing care for patients on mechanical ventilation, issues weaning with following breathing rehabilitation or non- invasive ventilation.
