Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Bilingvní (Cz-Aj) děti: vyučovací metody a přístupy v rodině“ se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část popisuje definici bilingvismu, jeho dimenze a různé typy bilingvismu, aspekty vzniku bilingvismu, vývoj jazyka, bilingvismus a kognici, osvojování druhého jazyka, typy bilingvních rodin, přístupy v rámci těchto rodin a různé typy bilingvního vzdělávání a metody používané v bilingvním vzdělávání. Praktická část je založena na sérii rozhovorů s bilingvními dětmi, jejich rodiči a učiteli anglického jazyka, které jsou analyzovány a porovnány s teoretickou částí práce. Účelem této práce je analyzovat tyto rozhovory, zjistit, jaké přístupy v bilingvní rodině a metody ve výuce anglického jazyka jsou použity, a porovnat je s teoretickou částí práce.

Abstract:

The thesis „Bilingual (Cz-Eng) children: School Methods and Family Approaches‟ consists of two parts. The theoretical part describes the definition of bilingualism, it´s dimensions and different types of bilingualism, the aspects of becoming bilingual, language development, bilingualism and cognition, acquiring a second language, types of bilingual families, approaches within those families and different types of bilingual educations and methods used in bilingual education. The practical part is based on a series of interviews with bilingual children, their parents and EFL teachers, which are analyzed and compared with the theoretical part of the thesis. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze those interviews, find out which approaches within the bilingual family and methods in an EFL classroom are used and compare them with the theoretical part of the thesis.
