Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is a well-arranged elaboration of the given topic, general characteristics of moral crime, analysis of sexual crime with a focus on the perpetrator and his victim. The thesis consists of the main chapters, in which the basic terms that are related to sexual crime are defined.
