Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivace k práci a pracovní spokojeností sociálních pracovníků na Litoměřicku. This bachelor thesis deals with work motivation and job satisfaction of social workers in Litoměřice. The bachelor thesis will be described motivation, work motivation, motivation factors, job satisfaction and determinants of satisfaction.
