Alternative Punishments as Resocialization Means of Remedy of Criminals
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku alternativního řešení trestních věcí, zejména na samotné principy a druhy alternativních trestů jako prostředků resocializační nápravy pachatelů trestné činnosti, a to především v trestně právním a sociálním kontextu. Zároveň tato práce analyzuje cíle a poslání Probační a mediační služby České republiky a specifická alternativní opatření ukládaná mladistvým.
Abstract:
This work deals with alternative solution of criminal issues particularly with principles and kinds of alternative punishments as resocialization means of remedy of criminals mainly in penal and social context. Simultaneously this work analyses targets and missions of probate and mediator service in the Czech republic and specific alternative measures for youth.
