Tato práce popisuje imigraci Číňanů do Spojených států amerických od jeho počátku v ranném 19. století až do dneška. Práce se zaměřuje na postupnou integraci Číňanů do americké společnosti a zachycuje jejich snahu se prosadit v novém prostředí.
