V práci se věnuji problematice rozpočtu Evropského Společenství popisuji postupný přechod od financování na základě příspěvků k sofistikovanějším metodám financování v podobě sedmiletých finančních perspektiv, dále popisuji postupy schvalování, rozpočtové zásady a skladbu rozpočtu ze strany příjmů i výdajů. The work is focus on the issue of the budget of the European Community,describe the gradual shift from funding based on contributions to more sophisticated methods of financing in the form of a seven-year financial perspectives, as well as describing the approval procedures, budgetary policies and structure of budget revenue and expenditure.
