Cieľom bakalárskej práce je charakterizovať, rozdeliť a klasifikovať dlhopisy podľa ich emitenta, doby splatnosti, vyplácania výnosu, obchodovateľnosti a podobne. Autor v práci opisuje základné pojmy pri obchodovaní dlhopisov, zaoberá sa funkciami, výhodami a nevýhodami plynúcimi pre emitenta a investora a stanovuje ich vnútornú hodnotu, bez ktorej nie je možné úspešne s dlhopismi obchodovať či už …more
