Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vyřízení hypotečního úvěru, zejména z pohledu klienta. Kromě úvodní kapitoly, která stručně pojednává o hypotečním trhu a hypotečním úvěru jako takovém, práce obsahuje podrobný popis fází procesu hypotečního úvěrování a prvky ochrany klienta jako spotřebitele.
