Analysis of Saccharides in Body Fluids
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sacharidy a jejich stanovením v tělních tekutinách. První část je věnována sacharidům jako takovým, jejich rozdělení. Dále se zabývá tělními tekutinami, jejich rozdělením a metodami, které se používají při stanovení sacharidů a jejich konkrétnímu využití.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with saccharides and their determination in body fluids. First of all, saccharides themselves are described, their division into groups, and chemical structures are introduced. In further chapters, the bachelor thesis deals with body fluids and with methods usually used for saccharides determination and the real usage of that methods.
