Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit Business Intelligence (BI) řešení nad daty ze systému Řízení vztahů se zákazníky (CRM) vybrané farmaceutické společnosti. Ve dvou samostatných kapitolách teoretické části jsou stručně představeny pojmy BI a CRM, jak spolu souvisejí, jaké mají využití ve firemním prostředí a jaké jsou jejich trendy v současné době. Praktická část začíná identifikací sledovaných ukazatelů vyplývajících z požadavků zadavatele. Následně je provedena detailní analýza dat, jejich podrobné očištění, a nakonec tvorba reportů sestávající z několika grafických vizuálů. Grafické vyhodnocení dat a z něj vyplývající souvislosti napomáhají k rychlejšímu vyhodnocení aktuálního stavu a efektivnějšímu rozhodování. Výstupem jsou tři reporty zobrazující nejaktivnější zaměstnance, nejdiskutovanější produkty a nejčastěji se vyskytující způsoby probíhající interakce. Vše je sledováno multidimenzionálně, tedy z více úhlů pohledu. Dimenzemi jsou například čas, zaměstnanci, teritoria a mnoho dalších. To uživateli umožňuje získávat větší množství informací na jednom místě.

Abstract:

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to create a Business Intelligence (BI) solution to the data from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system of a chosen pharmaceutical company. Theoretical part consisting of two separate chapters briefly presents the concepts BI and CRM, their interconnection, their use in the business environment and their current trends. Practical part begins with identification of the monitored indicators derived from the requirements of the client. Subsequently, detailed data analysis, thorough data cleansing and, finally, creation of the reports consisting of several visual elements are carried out. Graphical evaluation of the data and resulting connections contribute to faster assessment of the current state and to more efficient decision making. The output is represented by three reports describing the most active employees, the most discussed products and the methods of the ongoing interaction that occur most frequently. All is monitored multidimensionally, i.e. from multiple angles. The dimensions include for example time, employees, territories, and many others. This allows the user to obtain more information in one place.
