Předmětem bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu na vytvoření pobočky podnikatelského subjektu působícího v oblasti rychlého občerstvení. Práce se opírá o předpoklad vysokého zájmu spotřebitelů o stravovaní v celosvětově známých řetězcích z rychlým občerstvením.
