Práce se zabývá uplatněním soukromoprávních prostředků při ochraně před sousedskými imisemi šířenými vzduchem. Přináší vhled do pojmů, které jsou klíčové pro úpravu těchto imisí. Následně představuje atributy sousedských práv ve vzájemné provázanosti veřejnoprávní a soukromoprávní úpravy. The thesis deals primarily with the application of private law means for neighbourhood rights and air protection. It provides insight into the concepts that are key to understanding the topic. Then, it presents the components of neighbourhood rights in the context of public and private law regulation.
