Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problémem tzv. skleněného stropu, který stojí ženám v cestě k dosažení kariérního postupu. Práce je zaměřena na vývoj postavení žen a jejich chápání společností v průběhu času. Nechybí analýza rovnosti mužů a žen a proč jí stále nebylo dosaženo. The diploma thesis deals with the problem of the so-called glass ceiling that stands in the way of women's career advancement.
