Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vzděláváním dospělých ve formálním vzdělávání, především zkoumá motivaci dospělých k návratu do formálního vzdělávacího systému. Cílem práce bylo zjistit jaká je hlavní motivace dospělých k návratu do formálního vzdělávání.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with adult education in formal education, especially examines the motivation of adults to return to the formal education system. The aim was to find out what is the main motivation of adult to return to formal education.
