Bakalářská práce se zabývá kontrolou veřejné správy. Veřejnou správou se rozumí činnost, která je vykonávána ve veřejném zájmu jako součást moci výkonné. Tato činnost je vykonávána prostřednictvím státních nebo jiných orgánů, na které stát přenesl pravomoc. Kontrola je proces, kdy porovnáváme současný stav se stavem žádoucím.
