This thesis examines the impact of the 2008 Global Financial Crisis on the US real estate sector and its implications for the Eurozone. Through an analysis of macroeconomic and real estate market indicators and historical data, the study investigates the effects of the crisis on the US housing market and explores the presence of a potential housing bubble in the Eurozone market.
