Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast financování nestátních neziskových organizací. Cílem je zjistit možnosti financování neziskové organizace OvaHelp prostřednictvím analýz a zhodnocení možností získávání financí vybraných nestátních neziskových organizací. Obsahově je diplomová práce dělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretickou část tvoří čtyři kapitoly. První kapitola se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou neziskových organizací. Druhá kapitola se věnuje propojení neziskových organizací a sociální práce. Finanční řízení, principy a způsoby financování neziskových organizací jsou tématem kapitoly třetí. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zaobírá jednotlivými zdroji financování organizací. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit možnosti financování neziskové organizace OvaHelp. Cíl je naplňován prostřednictvím kvalitativní strategie. Získaná data jsou následně analyzována dle metody zakotvené teorie zpracovávána prostřednictvím otevřeného a axiálního kódování.

Abstract:

The final thesis is focused on the financing of non-governmental non-profit organizations. The aim is to identify funding opportunities for non-profit organization OvaHelp by analysing and evaluating the possibilities of obtaining finances for selected non-governmental non-profit organizations. The thesis was divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part consisted of four chapters. The first chapter deals with the general characteristic of non-profit organizations. The second chapter deals with the connection between non-profit organizations and social work. Financial management, principles and methods of financing non-profit organizations are the topic of the third chapter. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with individual sources of financing for organizations. The aim of the research is to find out the possibilities of financing the non-profit organization OvaHelp. The objective is an accomplished by the use of qualitative research strategy. The acquired data are analysed according to the techniques of grounded theory and processed through open and axial coding.
