Cost management of building and housing cooperative

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem "Řízení nákladů ve stavebním a bytovém družstvu" je optimální využití kalkulačních metod k řízení nákladů stavebního a bytového družstva s cílem navrhnout systém zajištění zdrojů vedoucích ke snižování nájmů a zvyšování zisků družstva. Teoretická část práce shrnuje poznatky týkající se problematiky manažerského účetnictví, nákladů a kalkulací. V úvodu druhé, praktické, části práce je představeno stavební a bytové družstvo, ve kterém jsou následně analyzovány náklady spojené s výstavbou bytového a nebytového střediska a pomocí kalkulačních metod navržen systém pro zajištění zdrojů vedoucích ke snižování nájmů a zvyšování zisků družstva.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis titled "Cost management of building and housing cooperative" is the optimal use of costing methods to control the costs of the building and housing cooperative in order to design a system to provide resources leading to lowering rents and increasing the profits of the cooperative. The theoretical part summarizes the findings on the issue of cost management, costs and costings. At the beginning of the second, practical, part is introduced the building and housing cooperative in which are analyzed costs associated with construction of housing and non-housing centre and design a system to ensure resources leading to lowering rents and increasing the profits of the cooperative by costing methods.
