Recruitment and adaptation of employees in the banking sector
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje procesu náboru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybraných bankách. Jejím cílem je na základě teoretických východisek a získaných informací o bankách navrhnout změny a opatření ve vybraných oblastech. V bakalářské práci jsou popsány jednotlivé kroky během získávání a výběru pracovníků a jejich následné adaptace.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the process of recruitment and adaption of employees in selected banks. The aim of the work is to propose changes and measures in selected areas on the basis of theoretical background and obtained information about the banks. The bachelor thesis describes the recruitment and selection of employees and their subsequent adaptation.
