Práce si klade za cíl zachytit vývoj pracovní čínské migrace do USA na pozadí vzájemných politických vztahů. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapování vývoje a migračních trendů. Dominantně se práce soustřeďuje na skupinu vysoce kvalifikovaných a talentovaných jedinců. The thesis deals with chinese work migration to the United states and it´s new trends. Historically, many chinese workers decided to leave their native country to improve their life and work conditions in the United States. The trend is now changing into reverse migration.
