Tato práce má za cíl podrobně prozkoumat problematiku vnímání trestu jedinci v adolescentním období. Záměrem je zjistit, jak tresty vnímají a také jaký na ně mají názor. Teoretická část se zabývá postihnutím všech pojmů ze zkoumaného tématu za pomoci odborné pedagogické literatury a srovnáním názorů na tuto problematiku erudovanými odborníky.
