Abstract:

Problematikou krizového managementu se zabývají prakticky všechny oblasti činnosti státní správy i všechny činnosti života naší společnosti. Krizový management ve veřejné správě je chápán jako ucelený soubor přístupů, názorů, zkušeností, doporučení, metod a opatření. Integrovaný záchranný systém spolupracuje na daném území s orgány krizového řízení v působnosti konkrétního obecního úřadu, což je hlavním předpokladem k tomu, aby IZS mohl pracovat za všech krizových situací. IZS je základním systémem k řešení krizových situací. Řešení krizových situací je potřebné a aktuální i vzhledem k množství vzniku mimořádných událostí, ale i vzrůstajícímu počtu vyskytujících se rizik a hrozeb.

Abstract:

Crisis management issues involve basically all areas of government activities and all activities of life in our society. Crisis management in public administration is seen as a coherent set of approaches, views and experiences, advice and methods and measures. The integrated rescue system works on the territory of the crisis management bodies in particular the scope of municipal authority, which is the main prerequisite to enable the IRS to work for all emergencies. IRS is a main system for crisis management. Solving the crisis situations is necessary as well as topical due to the number of incidents, but also because of the growing number of the risks and threats.
