Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na regulaci bank v České republice. Jejím předmětem je zmapovat regulaci bank v ČR a rizika spojená s podnikáním bank. První kapitola je věnována centrální bance, jako orgánu vykonávající regulaci a dohled nad finančním trhem. Druhá kapitola se zabývá bankami a jejich vstupem do bankovního sektoru. The bachelor thesis is set to a regulation of the banks in the Czech Republic. The main subject is to chart the bank regulation in the Czech Republic and related risks of their business activities.
