Trestná činnost odsouzených ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody

Convicts Criminal Activity in the Execution of a Sentence of Imprisonment
Abstract:
Tato práce nahlíží na problematiku páchání trestné činnosti odsouzených osob, jenž vykonávají trest odnětí svobody. Dozvíme se, jaké trestné činy osob ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody jsou nejčastější, jaká trestná činnost se páchá ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Na konci práce se pokusím rozebrat ze svého osobního pohledu možné řešení (vylepšení) této situace.
Abstract:
This thesis looks at the issue of criminal activity of convicted persons serving a prison sentence. We will learn which crimes of persons serving a custodial sentence are the most common, what criminal activity is committed in the execution of a custodial sentence. At the end of the work I will try to analyze from my personal point of view a possible solution (improvement) of this situation.
