Abstract:
Práce je věnována tématům CRM, hodnocení pracovníků a řízení výkonnosti. Věnuje se vzniku a využívání mystery shopping v kontextu marketingu jako celku i z hlediska jeho vývoje. V závěru práce je hodnocena úspěšnost začlenění mystery shopping do fungování společnosti McDonald’s.Abstract:
The bachelor paper is focused on topics of CRM, employees evaluation and performance management. The paper is devoted to the development of marketing and to the reasons that allowed the creation and use of mystery shopping. In conclusion of the paper is evaluated the success of the integration of mystery shopping in the functioning of McDonald's.
