Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je provedení analýzy aplikace znalostního managementu v konkrétní společnosti, v tomto případě firmy Aviette s. r. o., společnosti zaměřené na poskytování služeb v oblasti mimoškolního vzdělávání orientovaného zejména na vietnamskou komunitu žijící v České republice.
Abstract:
This Bachelor´s Thesis addresses the topic of knowledge management implementation in a company of the researcher’s choice – AVIETTE s.r.o., a small enterprise focused on providing extra-curricular educational services mostly aimed at the Vietnamese community living in the Czech Republic.
