Inclusion of Broadside Ballads in History Classes at Primary Schools

Abstract:

Diplomová práce si klade za hlavní cíl představit kramářské písně jako vhodnou učební pomůcku pro výuku dějepisu na druhém stupni základního vzdělávání. V teoretické části se blíže věnuje historickému pozadí kramářských písní a jejich didaktickému využití, v praktické pak popisuje proces tvorby výukových materiálů a s nimi spojených didaktických archů pro učitele základních škol. Zpracovaná témata jsou věnovaná především žákům osmého ročníku, okrajověji pak žákům sedmého a devátého ročníku základní školy. V práci je také věnován prostor analýze Rámcového vzdělávacího programu pro základní vzdělávání, jež je podkladem pro tematické rozložení výukových materiálů. Ty svou koncepcí spadají pod integrované tematické vyučování a jejich obsahem jsou dějiny národní i obecné. V závěru didaktické části jsou zmíněny možné adaptace výukových materiálů pro potřeby prvního stupně základní školy a je zde věnován prostor pro reflexi jejich použití v praxi.

Abstract:

The main aim of the thesis is to present the broadside ballad as a suitable teaching aid for history teaching at the second level of primary education. It deals with the historical background of broadside ballads and their didactic use in the theoretical part, and in the practical part it describes the process of creating teaching materials and related didactic sheets for primary school teachers. Prepared topics are mainly dedicated to pupils of the eighth grade, and marginally to pupils of the seventh and ninth grade of primary school. The work also includes an analysis of the framework curriculum for primary education, which is the basis for the thematic distribution of teaching materials. These fall under the concept of integrated thematic instruction (ITI) and their content is both national and general history. At the end of the didactic part, possible adaptations of the teaching materials for the needs of the first stage of primary school are mentioned and space is allocated for reflection on their use in practice.
