Abstract:

Anotace Práce se věnuje tématu uplatnění žáků se zdravotním postižením po absolvování střední školy. Námět jsem si vybrala na základě mé dlouholeté praxe v oblasti sociálních služeb. Poznala jsem různé stránky života znevýhodněných lidí. Zdravotní postižení bude existovat stále. Z tohoto důvodu jde o problematiku, která byla, je a nadále bude aktuální a může se týkat skutečně každého z nás. Cílem práce je popsat problematiku obtížného postavení osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce a seznámit s možnostmi, které jim mohou pomoci v jejich obtížné situaci. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou blíže popsaná zdravotní postižení a jejich druhy, vzdělávání žáků s postižením, kariérové poradenství a možnosti, které absolventi mohou využít. V empirické části je zahrnuta analýza a interpretace dat, jsou také vyvozeny závěry a zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky. První oblast nabízí představení školy v Březejci, dále rozhovory s absolventy, přehled jejich umístění za posledních 10 školních roků. V druhém úseku praktické části uvádím dvě případové studie, jedna je vytvořena s absolventem, který se zařadil do pracovního procesu, druhá je s bývalým žákem, který šanci pracovat nenašel.

Abstract:

Annotation The thesis deals with the topic of the application of pupils with disabilities after graduating from secondary school. I chose the subject on the basis of my long-term experience in the field of social services. I have become familiar with different aspects of the lives of disadvantaged people. Disability is an everlasting issue. This is an issue that has been, is and will continue to be a real concern for all of us. The aim of my work is to describe the difficult situation of people with disabilities in the labour market and to provide with options that can help them in their difficult position. The work consists of two parts. The theoretical part, describes disabilities and its types, the educational possibilities of students with disabilities, career counselling and other potential options for the graduates. The empirical part includes data analysis and interpretation. Conclusions are drawn and research questions are answered. The first section of this part introduces a school in Březejec, interviews with its graduates, and a statistical overview of their placement over the last 10 school years. In the second section of the practical part two case studies are listed. One is done with a graduate who has entered the work process, the other one is with a former pupil who did not find the chance to work.
