Multifactorial research of physical activity, body composition and quality of life for the university hockey team North Wings.
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce výzkumného charakteru se zabývá univerzitním hokejem, konkrétně univerzitním týmem North Wings. Práce se soustředí na tělesné složení hokejistů, které je zjištěno pomocí bioimpedančního přístroje Tanita. Zkoumá kvalitu života skrze dotazník ze systému Indares. Dále zjišťuje pohybovou aktivitu pomocí chytrých náramků Xioami Mi Band 5.
Abstract:
This Bachelor's thesis of a research nature deals with college hockey, specifically the North Wings college team. The thesis focuses on the body composition of the hockey players as measured by the Tanita bioimpedance device. It examines quality of life through a questionnaire from the Indares system. It also detects physical activity using Xioami Mi Band 5 smart bracelets.
