Knowledge Support in Solving Managerial Decision-making Problems in the Company ZVU POTEZ, Inc.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá znalostní podporou při řešení rozhodovacích problémů manažerů v podniku ZVU POTEZ, a.s. V první kapitole je definován význam znalostní podpory, základní pojmy a prostředí související s managementem znalostí. Následující kapitola se věnuje rozhodováním manažerů a charakterizuje modely a přístupy podporující rozhodování. Další kapitoly podávají informace o vybraném podniku. Zabývají se rozhodováním, znalostmi a dále dotazníkovému šetření, které zjišťuje přístup k datům, informacím a znalostem v podniku. V poslední kapitole je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření a navrhnuta zlepšení v nakládání s daty, informacemi a znalostmi v podniku.

Abstract:

This bachelor work deals with knowledge-based decision support in solving decision-making problems of managers in the company ZVU POTEZ, Inc. The first chapter defines the meaning of knowledge support, environment and basic concepts related to knowledge management. The following chapter examines the characteristics of managerial decision-making and describes models and approaches to decision-making support. The next chapter provides with information about the selected company. The chapter deals with decision-making and knowledge and a questionnaire survey, which determines access to data, information and knowledge in the company. The questionnaire is in the last chapter and the improvements ate suggested in data, information and knowledge in the company.
