Cílem této bakalářské práce je rozebrat téma „Firemní kultura a její vliv na prosperitu firmy". V práci specifikuji pojmy, jako jsou firemní kultura, management a personální řízení. Dále provedu dotazníkové šetření pro hotel Cospomolitan Bobycentrum. Na základě zjištěných dat bude následně provedeno porovnání myšlení společnosti a reálných zaměstnanců.
