Tato práce se zabývá vymezením práva na spravedlivý proces v trestním řízení dle Úmluvy o ochraně lidských práv a základních svobod, jeho jednotlivými dílčími aspekty a shrnutím relevantní judikatury ESLP. Práce je členěna do šesti kapitol. This thesis concerns with a determination of a right to fair trial in criminal proceedings according to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, its partial aspects, and summarization of the relevant case law of European Court of Human Rights.
