Tato bakalářká práce se zabývá schvalovacím procesem při poskytování překlenovacích úvěrů a úvěrů ze stavebního spoření. Práce se nejprve věnuje charakteristice stavebního spoření a vymezení pojmů úvěr ze stavebního spoření a překlenovací úvěr.
