Abstract:

Předkládána diplomová práce řeší téma vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a je zpracována teoreticko-výzkumnou formou. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit názor sociálních pracovníků SPOD na vzdělávání v oblasti sociální práce. Diplomovou prací chci poukázat na to, že je vzdělávání pro sociální práci velmi důležité a zjistit, jak na systém vzdělávání pohlíží sociální pracovníci sociálně-právní ochrany. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část obsahuje tři hlavní kapitoly. Teorie je složena z definování souvisejících pojmů, vymezení orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany a jejich činností. Dále je vymezen systém vzdělávání v sociální práce nebo možnosti dalšího vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků sociálně-právní ochrany. Obsahem teoretické části je také popsání specifik pro vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků sociálně-právní ochrany. Cílem celé diplomové práce je zjistit názor sociálních pracovníků sociálně-právní ochrany na vzdělávání v oblasti sociální práce. Cíl je naplňován pomocí výzkumné otázky a čtyř dílčích výzkumných otázek. Obsahem výzkumné části je také vymezení a určení výzkumné strategie a výzkumného vzorku. Získaná data jsou v rámci této části zpracována a interpretována. Výzkumná část je ukončena shrnutím zjištění.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the topic of education of social workers of social and legal protection of children and is elaborated in a theoretical-research form. The aim of the thesis is to find out the opinion of SPOD social workers about social work education. With this thesis I want to show that education is very important for social work and to find out how social workers of social protection look at the education system. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a research part. The theoretical part contains three main chapters. The theory consists of defining the related concepts, defining the social and legal protection authorities and their activities. Furthermore, the system of education in social work or possibilities of further education of social workers of social and legal protection is defined. The content of the theoretical part also includes a description of the specifics for the education of social workers of social-legal protection. The aim of the whole thesis is to find out the opinion of social workers of social and legal protection about social work education. The aim is fulfilled by means of a research question and four sub-research questions. The content of the research part also includes defining and determining the research strategy and the research sample. The data collected are processed and interpreted in this part. The research section concludes with a summary of the findings.
