Problems of Determination and Selection of Local Fees in Practice
Abstract:
Tato práce si klade za cíl podrobně zanalyzovat oblast správy poplatků i jednotlivé místní poplatky z pohledu správce poplatku. Hlavním záměrem bude nalézt problematická místa stávající právní úpravy a pokusit se o nastínění správných procesních postupů či možných změn legislativy, tak aby případné změny mohly být přínosem pro samotnou praxi správců poplatků.
Abstract:
This work aims to analyze in detail the area of fee administration and individual local fees from the perspective of the fee administrator. The main intention is to find problematic areas of the current legislation and to try to outline the correct process procedures or possible changes in legislation, so that any potential changes might be beneficial for the practice of fee administrators.
