Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce řeší problém veřejné dopravy primárně na území města Milevska. Cílem bylo přinést odpověď, jestli v Milevsku zavést plnohodnotný systém MHD nebo řešit obsluhu města prostřednictvím stávající linkové dopravy. Na přelomu léta a podzimu 2019 proběhl terénní výzkum. Výsledky šetření ukázaly, že pro zavedení plnohodnotného systému MHD v Milevsku neexistuje přepravní poptávka a VHD není ve městě atraktivní. Výzkum dále odhalil nedostatečné pokrytí zastávek několika částí intravilánu města, a také nevhodné umístění autobusového nádraží. To má navíc naddimenzovanou kapacitu. Na základě mého návrhu bude území obslouženo stávajícími linkami VHD, které však budou vedeny nově po třech koridorech. Vzniknou také nové zastávky a hlavní přestupní terminál. Tyto opatření zajistí pokrytí celého území a vznikne rychlá pohodlná přestupní vazba pro celý mikroregion Milevsko.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the public transport problematics primarily in Milevsko town area. The aim was to provide the answer regarding the issue whether to introduce a fully functional public transport system in Milevsko or use the existing regional lines to service the town. The field research/survey was carried out in summer and autumn 2019. The results of the survey showed that there is no demand for the introduction of a full-fledged public transport system in Milevsko, since mass transit is not attractive for the residents. The survey also revealed insufficient coverage of public transport stops in several parts of the urban area and inappropriate location of the bus station. Moreover, the bus station has an oversized capacity. Based on my proposal, the area/territory will be served by existing mass transit lines, which will lead in three new corridors. New stops and the main transfer terminal will also be built. These measures will ensure the coverage of the entire territory. Thus, a quick, comfortable transfer network for the whole Milevsko microregion will be created.
