Diplomová práce se věnuje analýze individuální motivace u dospívajících ke členství v divadelních klubech mladých diváků. Cílem práce je identifikace klíčových motivů a socioekonomických faktorů, které ovlivňují cílovou skupinu k zápisu do členského programu. The Master´s Thesis is devoted to the analysis of the individual motivation of adolescents to join Theatre clubs for young audiences. The thesis aims to identify the key motives and socio-economic factors that influence the target group to enroll in the offered membership program.
