Knowledge of general nurses about care of patient with tracheostomy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s tracheostomií. Jde především o pacienty v akutním stavu, kteří nejsou trvalými nosiči tracheostomické kanyly. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní informace o ošetřovatelské péči o pacienta před a s tracheostomií. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na zjištění úrovně znalostí všeobecných sester v oblasti péče o pacienta s tracheostomií. Dále je zaměřena na znalosti všeobecných sester, které pracovaly na třech typech oddělení - na standardním oddělení, na jednotce intenzivní péče a na anesteziologicko-resuscitačním oddělení. Také zjišť uje používání otevřeného a uzavřeného systému odsávání na standardním oddělení, na jednotce intenzivní péče a na anesteziologicko-resuscitačním oddělení, a zda na těchto pracovištích se využívá koncept Bazální stimulace u pacienta s tracheostomií.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on problematics of nurse care about patient with tracheostomy. All above it comes about patiens who do not wear tracheostomic cannula constantly. In the theoretical part of this work, there are summed up all basic information about nurse care about patient before implementation of tracheostomic cannula and patient with tracheostomy. The research part is focused on research in a field of knowledge level about patient with tracheostomy which staff nurses have. This bachelor thesis is further focused on knowlegde of staff nurses who have worked in three tapes of departments: standards department, Acute assessment unit and intensive-care unit. In the research part, there is found how opened and closed system of aspiration is used by staff nurses working on these three types of departments. The last finding which is described in research part of bachelor thesis is about using of Basal stimulation concept by patient with tracheostomy.
