Employee benefits from a view of accounting and income tax

Abstract:

Práce se věnuje vysvětlení zaměstnaneckých benefitů v kontextu české legislativy a názorně ukazuje jejich zdanění a účtování z pohledu zaměstnavatele i zaměstnance. Vysvětluje vhodnost zaměstnaneckých výhod a motivy pro jejich poskytování a rozebírá nejčastěji poskytované benefity nebo benefity s nejednoznačnou interpretací. Obsahuje průzkum nejčastěji poskytovaných benefitů vybraných společností. Na získaných datech společnosti popisuje jednotlivé benefity zaměstnancům. Pro úplnost ukazuje zachycení benefitů v Mezinárodních účetních standardech.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the explanation of employee benefits in the context of Czech legislation and demonstrates their taxation and accounting from the perspective of the employer and the employee. Thesis also explains the suitability of employee benefits and incentive for their provision and analyzes the most commonly provided benefits or benefits with ambiguous interpretations. The second part of the thesis includes survey of the most provided benefits of chosen companies. On the acquired company's data are described the employee's benefits. To complete the thesis, the benefits are shown from a view of International accounting standards.
