Predmetom diplomovej práce je teoretické vymedzenie problematiky majetkovej a kapitálovej štruktúry podniku ako aj vypracovanie analýzy majetkovej a kapitálovej štruktúry reálneho podnikateľského subjektu a návrh odporúčaní pre jej optimalizáciu.
