Abstract:
Cílem práce je definování kapitálového trhu v České republice,jeho vývoj a charakteristika. Detailněji se věnuji trhu dluhových cenných papírů a procesem jejich uvedení na trh, což dokumentuji na konkrétním příkladu hypotečního zástavního listu emitovaného Wüstenrot hypoteční bankou a.s.
Abstract:
The mail purpose of disertation is defining of capital market in Czech republic, its progress and current characteristic. I am focusing on debt securities market and its placed on the market process. As an example, I choose documentation of mortgage bond issued by Wüstenrot mortgage bank Inc.
