What motivates nurse to work for a hospice?
Abstract:
Počet stárnoucích a těžce nemocných obyvatel vzrůstá. Cílem paliativní medicíny je individuální péče o pacienty v kritické době jejich života, kdy potřebují speciální ošetřovatelskou péči. Role sestry je koordinovat komplexní a soucitnou péči o pacienty umírající na neléčitelné progredující onemocnění a poskytnout péči i rodinným příslušníkům. The number of people living with advanced age and more chronic illnesses is increasing. The aim of paliative medicine is to care for individuals at a critical time in their lives when they are vulnerable and need expert nursing care.
