Abstract:
Bakalářská práce nevýzkumného charakteru obsahuje souhrn teoretických poznatků vztahujících se k volnému času dětí a mládeže a aerobiku, jako jedné z možností volnočasových aktivit. V hlavní části je zpracován vznik a vývoj Aerobic clubu Domu dětí a mládeže v Ústí nad Labem jako zájmového kroužku. Bachelor thesis with not-explorational character includes summary theoretical knowledge related to children and youth free time and aerobics as one of the options of leisure activities. In the main part is summarized creation and progression of Aerobic Club- DDM, Ústí nad Labem as a hobby group.
